What people ask us most
How do I book?
Fill in the request on the Book page: at the end WhatsApp opens with your message ready. We confirm the day by WhatsApp or by phone.
How do I pay?
If you bring your pet to the shop, you can pay when you pick them up. If you use pickup and delivery, we send you a credit-card payment link or the ATH Móvil details on WhatsApp, and payment must be completed before your pet is brought back.
How do I know the price?
Size + coat type = price. Once we receive and check your dog, we tell you the cost before we start. Estimate your price here.
What if my dog has mats or fleas?
We let you know and tell you the extra charges right away. We never add anything without your OK.
Do I need an appointment for a nail trim?
No. Nail trims need no appointment: $10 small dogs and $15 large dogs.
Do you groom cats?
Grooming is for dogs only. Cats are welcome for boarding ($20 a night).
Do you have a rewards program?
Yes, Astro Loyalty. Ask us at the register or on WhatsApp to create your account. How does it work?
