Just a nail trim? No appointment needed: $10 small dogs, $15 large dogs.
Since it’s your first visit, we need your signature on our service agreement. You only do it once and it takes a minute.
The agreement covers: care and lodging · accurate information · health and contagion · fleas and ticks · emergency veterinary care · inherent risks · personal items · charges and collection · contact and prolonged absence.
We keep a signed copy with the date, time and IP address you sign from.
I’d rather sign it at the shop You sign it when you bring your dog.
If you bring your pet to the shop: you can pay when you pick them up. If you use our pickup and delivery service: we will send you a credit-card payment link or the ATH Móvil details on WhatsApp. Payment must be completed before the pet is returned.
